I just drew a picture of "Justice" my character Ulric's (in my novel I'm working on 'The Unlikely Prince') horse that he raised from a colt. The horse is a Courser horse, the Courser horses were generally preferred for hard battle as they were light, fast and strong. They were valuable, but not as costly as the destrier horse. They were also used frequently for hunting.
So here he is, Justice. He's a 4 year old, Courser stallion, Chestnut colored with a black muzzle, mane, and tail, white stockings, a white blaze from the middle of his forehead to roughly 6 inches above his muzzle. Here is his drawing.
